1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

 

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made toward custom builds or services are non-refundable.

3. Build Time & Delays

Estimated build times are provided as general guidance only and are subject to change due to parts availability, production capacity, or other unforeseen delays. Sh1fted Standards is not responsible for any delays.

 

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price and will be the responsibility of the customer. Sh1fted Standards is not responsible for shipping delays, damages during transit, or any related claims once the item leaves our facility.

 

5. No Warranty

Custom-built vehicles are sold “as-is” with no warranty, expressed or implied. The buyer assumes full responsibility for maintenance, repairs, and functionality post-purchase.

 

6. Vehicle Use & Legal Compliance

Sh1fted Standards builds custom vehicles that are not street legal. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding vehicle use and registration.

 

7. Assumption of Risk

Operating a custom vehicle poses significant risks, including serious injury or death. By purchasing this vehicle, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks and agree not to hold Sh1fted Standards, its owners, or employees liable for any injuries, property damage, or fatalities that may occur from use.

 

8. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sh1fted Standards and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the vehicle.

 

9. Release of Liability

By paying this invoice, you expressly waive any and all claims against Sh1fted Standards related to the vehicle’s performance, safety, or legality.

 

10. Modification Disclaimer

Any modifications made post-sale are at the buyer’s own risk. Sh1fted Standards is not responsible for damages, failures, or liabilities arising from customer-installed parts or alterations.
