This giveaway is sponsored by Sh1fted Standards, Pulsar Mfg, Burris Racing, Prismatic Powders, and Nibbi Racing.
Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Entries from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are not eligible.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 6/8/2026 and ends on 6/30/2026 at 11:59 PM CST.
How to Enter

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Purchase Entry Method
Participants may receive entries by purchasing eligible giveaway merchandise from the Sponsor’s website during the giveaway period.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3x5 card including:

- Address

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 6/22/2026 and received by 6/30/2026.
Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Custom Sh1fted Standards Giveaway Mini Quad
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,000 USD
Winner may elect to receive a cash alternative of $5,000 USD in lieu of the vehicle.
No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via phone, email, or social media within seven (7) days of the drawing.
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
Shipping and Delivery
The winner is responsible for arranging transportation or pickup of the prize. Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.
Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
Release of Liability
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sh1fted Standards, its owners, affiliates, employees, and sponsors from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, ownership, or use of the prize.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, or any other social media platform.
Governing Law
This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
